MJCC Refund Policy
- 100% refund if the MJCC cancels a class or program due to lack of registrants unless a makeup date is scheduled.
- If the registrant cancels more than 48 business hours prior to the first class or event:
- No refund will be given in the case of a full class or event, where we have turned other participants away
- If the program or class is not full – a 20% administrative fee, or $5, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refund.
- If the participant wants a credit on their account, only a $5 fee will be deducted
- No refunds will be given if the registrant cancels with less than 48 business hours’ notice of the start of the event or of the start of the first class, unless the withdrawal is for medical reasons. A physician’s note may be required. This refund will be prorated and subject to the 20% administrative fee, or $5, whichever is greater.
- Some department programs such as Camp and ECC may have additional refund policies.
All refunds must be approved by the Senior Manager in charge of the program area.
