Activate your Amilia SmartRec account today!
We recently sent an activation email for your new JCC Amilia SmartRec account.
These emails go to the primary account holder only.
Please review the topics below to ensure you have a smooth transition.
ADDING PAYMENT METHODS TO YOUR WALLET
In order to register for JCC programs and events, you must also manually add your payment methods. It’s very quick and easy.
- Log in to your Amilia SmartRec account.
- Click the WALLET tab to add and manage payment information.
- Click add a credit card or add a bank account.
- Enter your information and save.
- Next you must authorize the MJCC to use any payment methods that you input. Please go back into your WALLET and click on your credit card(s) and bank information. You will see an AUTHORIZATION box. Select the drop down menu and choose Memphis Jewish Community Center.

SELECTING YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD FOR YOUR RECURRING PAYMENTS
- Go into your WALLET and select the UPCOMING PAYMENTS tab. This is a blue header if you are on a desktop or lap top.
- Click on the UPCOMING PAYMENT and choose EDIT PAYMENT to the right of the listed upcoming payment.
- You will then get to a screen with all your payment options. Click the one that you want tied to that specific recurring payment.
- You must do this for all recurring payments.
ADDING MEMBERS TO AN ACCOUNT
Once the primary account holder activates their account, they are able to invite adult family members to create their own account.
All adults in a single household can use the same login information (email address and password), but we encourage all adults in a household to create their own account.
If you are the primary account holder, once you've activated your account, here’s how you invite other adults in your household to create their own account:
- Go to the PEOPLE tab in the black bar on the left of your screen.
- Go to the PERSON drop down in the upper left corner of screen.
- Select household member.
- Go to the three dots to the right of the person's name and click on INVITE TO JOIN FAMILY ACCOUNT and then click SEND INVITE.
- The invite will come from AMILIA and read: WELCOME TO AMILIA ON BEHALF OF (PERSON SENDING THE INVITE).
