BeWell Memphis is a teen wellness initiative to help combat mental health issues.

Mah Ani 2.0 | Mah Ani 2.0 Teens
In this year-round program, 6th–12th grade teens will have the opportunity to complete a community service project and learn about individual well-being, social justice, and connection through charitable work. 'Mah Ani 2.0' provides a platform for improving our community and caring for the most vulnerable members of our society. Limited spots available. Each participant will receive a certificate with community service hours.

Youth Mental Health First Aid
Ages 18+
This class teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance abuse challenges among child and adolescents ages 12-18. This is a blended class, with 2 hours of pre-work required to the in-person training on 12/3. Lunch included. In partnership with the Memphis Jewish Federation.
