Virtual Personal Training

Customized Personal Training is available virtually to give you more accessibility!

Why choose a virtual platform?

  • If you are a frequent traveler and still want the consistency when you can't make it to the fitness center, this is the perfect solution!
  • If you are a post-rehab client and need to transition to doing more.
  • No transportation is available to get you to the center.
  • Perhaps you'd like a supplemental program to your current exercise routine.
  • You just like the comfort of being at home!
  • You are immunocompromised or have an injury.

Personal training online, or not, is wonderful if you need the motivation to move or need the accountability.

To reach your particular goals, a trainer will write appropriate progressions customized for you. A personal trainer will be able to focus on keeping you injury-free by ensuring that your movements are done correctly. An initial assessment of your fitness level will be done before starting any program. This is a wonderful investment in YOU!

How to participate?
To participate in a Virtual Training program, you just need internet access and the ability to download and use an interactive platform such as:

  • Zoom
  • Skype
  • FaceTime
