THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP:

- Participants must be 16 years of age to participant in Pilates classes.
- You can register online (by selecting the "Register Now" button below) or by visiting our Member Services Desk.
- Classes are non-refundable.
- It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to set up your equipment.
- Class must have at least 3 participants or it will be canceled.

Pilates Barre

Pilates Barre class fuses Pilates principles with standing leg exercises at the ballet bar. This class will offer a full-body workout safe for all fitness levels. This fusion class will help sculpt muscles, improves posture, and flexibility using light weights, the Pilates reformer machine, and your bodyweight.

Tower Reformer

The tower is attached to the reformer. Individuals will sit, stand, or lie down on a mat and work with resistance springs that are attached to the back of the tower. The tower is used to work on strength, core, flexibility, and muscular endurance.

Who should do PILATES?

Participants must be 16 years of age to participant in Pilates classes. Pilates exercise is ideal for everyone from young adults and baby boomers to post-rehab patients and elite athletes. Not only will Pilates help to improve physical appearance, it will also improve stamina, assist in becoming more stable, help with stress and relief and focus.

Class Descriptions
REFORMER - INTERMEDIATE/COMBO: Perform exercises on the reformer as well as learn to use a second piece of equipment.
REFORMER - SCULPT AND CORE: Balancing on balls, stretching bands, squeezing circles, and lifting weights.
REFORMER - ESSENTIALS: Teaches the 5 principals of Pilates essential for Reformer classes.
TOWER PILATES: The tower is attached to the reformer. Individuals will sit, stand, or lie down on a mat and work with resistance springs that are attached to the back of the tower. The tower is used to work on strength, core, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
INTERMEDIATE REFORMER: For those with prior reformer experience, this class builds strength, control, and flexibility through more challenging full-body movements.
BARRE FUSION: Pilates Barre Fusion class fuses Pilates principles with standing leg exercises at the ballet bar. This class will offer a full-body workout safe for all fitness levels.
