Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are two major physical benefits: (1) The increase in blood and lymph circulation and (2) the relaxation and normalization of the soft tissue.

Uses oils/lotions with an array of strokes to improve circulation, relieve aches and pains, decrease stress levels, and enhance mental clarity.
Deep Tissue
$110 fee/$90m 1 HR • $120 fee/$100m 90 MIN
Relieves tension and chronic stress in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.
Prenatal Massage
$95 fee/$80m 1 HR • $110 fee/$90m 90 MIN
Reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
Foot Reflexology
$55 fee/$45m 30 MIN
Uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to ease stress, improve blood circulation, and alleviate swelling.
Hot Stones Massage
$110 fee/$90m 1 HR • $120 fee/$100m 90 MIN
Manual therapy techniques aimed at restoring functional movement, increasing performance and recovery, and decreasing chronic pain.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to client.
