The Fitness Center is the new home of “J-Fit,” our new Functional Training Station. J-Fit provides options for all ages and ability levels to engage in a style of exercising to develop strength by utilizing primarily bodyweight training and free-form moving objects to get great results.

J-Fit is a heart-pumping exercise program that will challenge your current fitness levels. If you are trying to find the motivation to get started with a workout, J-Fit will get you the results you want. You will become part of a team that will keep you motivated and accountable.

J-Fit is not a destination; it is a way of life.

J-Fit is designed to take you off the weight machines and put you into a more functional atmosphere under the watchful eye of an instructor. Functional Training is individualized and should only be motivated from within. It is human nature to compete and J-Fit affords you the opportunity to compete with yourself.

As you add more functional exercises to your workout, you will see improvements in your ability to perform everyday activities and improvements in your quality of life. That’s quite a return on your exercise investment.
