The Ultimate Camp Experience!
Traditional Camp is perfect for campers that want to experience a little bit of everything at MJCC Day Camp!
Yofi is Hebrew for “GREAT” and is our Traditional Camp Unit for entering 1st graders. Campers must be age 6 by August 15, 2026.
Yofi is the perfect combination of high-energy activities and a nurturing environment, specifically structured for children beginning their first years of camp. Activities are geared toward giving our campers a sense of independence while building their self-esteem.
Swimming
Yofi campers will swim twice daily. Campers will have iSwim (instructional swim) each morning provided by MJCC Swim School and free swim in the afternoon.
Daily Activities
Yofi campers participate in arts and crafts, sports, nature, Israeli Culture, music, camp games, singing, gaga and more!
Dress-up Days
Each week we have a dress-up day on Friday for campers to have fun and show their camp spirit!
Adventure or Experience
All Yofi, Osher and Paeel campers will participate in different adventures and excursions throughout the summer!
