Registration opens to members on January 19 and non-members on January 26.
Payment Plans and Payment Options
When registering for MJCC Summer Camp there are a couple of payment options. You can pay a $50 per week deposit and be set up on an automatic payment plan or you can pay in full. If you pay the deposit only, you are authorizing the MJCC to charge the payment method on file for the 3 remaining payments on the following dates: March 7th, April 7th, and May 7th.
Adding Payment Methods to Your Wallet
In order to register for JCC programs and events, you must also manually add your payment methods. It’s very quick and easy.
• Log in to your MJCC Amilia SmartRec account.
• Click the WALLET tab to add and manage payment information.
• Click add a credit card or add a bank account.
• Enter your information and save.
• Next you must authorize the MJCC to use any payment methods that you input. Please go back into your WALLET and click on your credit card(s) and bank information. You will see an AUTHORIZATION box. Select the drop down menu and choose Memphis Jewish Community Center.
BE SURE TO AUTHORIZE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS!
Paying the deposit only:
1. You may place a credit card on file to make your payments. There will be an additional charge of 2.75% of the total payment amount each payment date for credit card processing fees if you choose this method.
2. You may place a bank account on file to make your payments. There are no additional fees associated with a bank account.
Once you have paid the deposit with whichever form of payment you decide, you are responsible if you would like to change methods of payment for your future payments for Summer Camp. However, if you pay the deposit with a credit card, the processing fee will not be reimbursed or paid towards your remaining balance. Please note: If you wish to be on a payment plan DO NOT pay in full at the time of registration. Payments cannot be reversed if paid in full to switch to a payment plan.
