*Specific days and times are dependent on which division a player is in.

Tennis shoes will be fine for younger players, as long as the playing field is dry. Older players, or when the conditions are wet and muddy, may require cleats.
How long are practices?
Six and younger should be no longer than 45 minutes.
Under-8 player practices are one hour.
Under-10 player practices are one hour.
Under-12 player practices are one hour.
What does a player need to bring to practice?
A ball, soccer shoes, shin guards, and plenty of water. Shin guards are required for all practices and games (wear UNDERNEATH socks). Cleated shoes are needed if conditions are wet, muddy or surface is soft.
