At the MJCC, we don't just teach basketball skills, we illustrate the value of basketball as a lifetime fitness activity. We help young people learn responsibility, the importance of working as a team member, and how to perform as a leader. Our basketball programs provide our youth an opportunity to play an organized, positive, and motivational environment.
A step up from the basics of basketball. Players will improve their dribbling, shooting and passing while learning new techniques like jump stop and triple threat.

Next Level Basketball Skills and Development (Co-ed)
This basketball skills development clinic focuses on basic basketball fundamentals and techniques. Conducted by Rhynia Henry, certified personal trainer and basketball skills expert, this group will also focus on strength and speed development as it pertains to basketball skills. Due to the popularity of this class, missed sessions during the month can NOT roll over to the next session. This class is not for beginners. Some basketball skill is required.
