Individualized small-group training programs will improve strength, speed, and agility using customized drills, weights, plyometrics, and more depending on the group’s needs. Our goal is to develop confident and resilient young people who are ready to succeed at sports and beyond. Three class times available each week. Register for a month and attend as many classes as you want!
