Specialty Fitness Classes

Specialty Fitness Classes provide a unique exercise class experience with specialized equipment. Each class is instructed by certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.

FIT over 50
$10 per class

Improve your well-being with this exercise class for women age 50 and older. The program includes flexibility and range-of-motion movements, weight-bearing exercises for muscular strength and endurance, deep breathing, and body awareness motions.

J-FIT
A heart-pumping exercise program that will challenge your current fitness levels. If you are trying to find the motivation to get started with a workout, J-Fit will get you the results you want. You will become part of a team that will keep you motivated and accountable.
