Self Defense Seminar
The focus of this workshop is to share combative self defense techniques and principles that are simple to learn, simple to perform, and applicable against real world threats.

Aikido is a Japanese martial art based on a philosophy of nonviolence. Students of all ages and fitness levels can advance through the ranks, learning traditional joint locks, throws, and wooden weaponry. Our curriculum also teaches strategies for self-defense, stranger safety, and anti-bullying. Come join us to experience a martial art designed to break the cycle of violence and find a new path of confidence, empowerment, and movement.
