Non-Health Center Members:

**Thai Yoga Massage is a powerful body therapy involving a combination of yoga stretching, meditation, acupressure, exercise movement and reflexology. Thai yoga massage is a clothed massage, during which the client lays on the table while the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs and feet to move him/her into a series of yoga-like stretches.* *This is a 90 minute massage
