Molly Quinn 
Executive Director of OUTMemphis
Molly is a writer and nonprofit administrator. Before coming back to Memphis, her hometown, she led literary and cultural programming at a variety of New York City nonprofit organizations, including as the Director of Public Programming at Housing Works Bookstore Cafe. Molly came to Memphis to make tangible differences in the lives of LGBTQ Mid-Southerns.
   

Nadav Shachmon
JAFI Shaliach in Westchester, NY
Nadav is married to his partner Aylee and they have a daughter, Aviv. In the past he was the national director of Telem, the youth department of the Jewish Reform movement in Israel, and worked with the Progressive Jewish community in Melbourne, Australia. In his work, he emphasizes the liberal and pluralistic side of Israel to his community.
