Jewish text study has always been rooted in the Chavruta model – an interactive study between a pair of students who analyze, discuss and debate. To serve our mission faithfully, the CJLL also requires a Chavruta – a role we turn over to our members. The CJLL Community Voices Initiative is but one conscious forum for us to hear and grow from each of you.
Running Dialogue is a monthly talk back initiative where we solicit answers from our community to seemingly simple questions knowing that the answers are likely to inspire, educate, and entertain us beyond anything we can imagine as we draft them. You can answer these questions and grow from the answers of others via MJCC’s social media and website, or by submitting your response to Rabbi Harris.
