Group Fitness Classes

The MJCC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes guaranteed to keep your energy high and your muscles working! From cardio and strength interval classes to choreographed classes to brand name classes like Zumba, the MJCC is the place to go if you're looking for a great class work out. We have 3 state of the art Group Fitness Studios filled with the latest styles of Group Fitness equipment. All of our instructors are nationally certified and many are also certified personal trainers, so you know you're getting a safe and effective work out every class. TRX is $25 Fee and $15 per class for members.  FIT over 50 is $12 Fee and $10/ Members
