Mindful Meditation Circle
Tuesdays at 7pm*
Beginning the first week in November, this circle will move to Wednesdays. November 4th will be the first Wednesday meeting.
Silent meditation quiets the mind, relaxes the body, and helps develop the non-judgmental awareness called mindfulness. Many find that meditation eases the pressures and stress of daily life.
