Group Fitness Classes

The MJCC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes guaranteed to keep your energy high and your muscles working! From cardio and strength interval classes to choreographed classes like Zumba, the MJCC is the place to go if you're looking for a great instructor-led workout. We have 3 state-of-the-art Group Fitness Studios filled with all the latest kinds of Group Fitness equipment. All of our instructors are nationally certified, and many are also certified personal trainers, so you know you're getting a safe and effective workout every class. Specialty Classes TRX is $25, or $15 for MJCC members, per class. FIT over 50 is $12, or $10 for MJCC members, per class.
