Early Childhood Summer Camp is the MJCC's introduction to the day camp experience. Children enjoy the vibrancy of a community center atmosphere, coupled with the intimacy of caring, professional staff & dedicated space, indoors and out, for our Preschool Campers. Campers who currently attend the ECC will benefit from the continuity of care, enjoying summer in a familiar environment. For JCC newcomers, camp is a chance to experience the diversity of our membership and the loving support given by our staff. Our experienced counselors provide each child with developmentally appropriate activities in the areas of art, music, sports, drama and Judiac traditions (all related to the session themes), as well as daily water-play in the MJCC Family Water Park.

This summer the children will take a virtual road trip to travel to four exciting cities in the USA. Each of our two-week sessions will focus on a different city: New York, Philadelphia, Tucson, and Fort Lauderdale. Children will explore the history, culture, cuisine, Jewish life, art, and weather of these cities through hands-on, fun learning activities. The children will pretend to be tourists traveling to these exciting destinations. They’ll pack their bags, explore maps and
mileage, visit landmarks, write and send postcards, meet children from other JCCs, and much more!
