Please remember that all specialty camps have limited space and camps will close out quickly.
Camp Registration Requirements
Families registering campers must be current Center members. All JCC accounts receivable items (Membership, Preschool, Health Center, and Day Camp) must be paid in full by May 14 (session I & II ) and June 18 (session III & IV). All Camp forms are due into the JCC Camp Office by May 14. Campers will not be allowed to attend camp until ALL forms are turned into the JCC Camp office.

Camp Registration Discounts
Multi-session Discounts
If you register for ALL eight weeks of camp (ALL four sessions), you will receive a multi-session discount. The multi-session discount is done on a sliding scale based on which camps are registered for. The discounts range from $60-$130. This discount will be applied to the final payment for camp charges.
Early Registration Discounts
The Early registration discount is ONLY available to those who register for camp on Sunday, March 14th from 9:30-11:30 AM. This discount is $10 per session and will be applied to the final payment for camp charges.
Sibiling Discounts
The Sibling Discount of $15 per session is applicable to families with multiple children attending camp. (The discount does not apply to the first child). This discount will be applied to the final payment for camp charges.
Refunds
ALL CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.
Summer Day Camp
A full refund or credit (less a $20 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations made before May 14 (session I & II) and June 18 (session III & IV). Cancellations after dates listed will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
Specialty Camps
Due to the 3rd party cost of our Specialty Camps, we can only refund half of the fees for all cancellations or changes made before April 16 (session I & II ) and May 14 (session III & IV). The sum of $150 can be refunded/credited for cancellations made before May 14 (session I & II) and June 18 (session III & IV). No refunds or credits can be given for cancellations or changes made after May 14 (session I & II ) and June 18 (session III & IV).
Financial Assistance
The Memphis Jewish Community Center maintains a policy of adjusting fees on an individual basis. Limited funds are available for the purpose of providing financial assistance. Applications for financial assistance must be completed and returned to the JCC by April 16, 2010. Applications should be addressed to Cheryl Meltzer, Membership Director.
