MJCC Recreational Soccer
Season starts Monday, August 16, 2010!
When the maximum numbers are reached for registration, a wait list will be formed until there are enough players to form another team. The maximum numbers below take into account substitutes for all teams.

Under 6 Micro Soccer
Must be 4 by August 2, 2010
This exciting league is for beginners. Players will learn the basic rules, fundamentals of the game and have a blast with friends in a safe environment.
Sundays 2:30-3:30pm & Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

August 18-November 14, 2010
Under 8 Soccer, 6-7 years
Must be 6 or 7 by August 2, 2010.
The next generation...move ahead with more difficult drill work and a faster paced game. Learn positioning as the fields get bigger. More players=more fun! Teams will compete in the Germantown Soccer league, but most (if not all) games will be played at the MJCC. There are separate boys & girls teams for this age group.
Sundays 1:30-2:30pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm

August 17-November 14, 2010
Under 10 Soccer, 8-9 years
Must be 8 or 9 by August 2, 2010.
We mean business... The fields get bigger and the players get better. Players learn spacing and passing as it pertains to more developed soccer. Drills are more specific and games are more advanced. Teams will compete in the Germantown Soccer league, but most (if not all) games will be played at the MJCC. There are separate boys & girls teams for this age group.

Must be 8 or 9 by August 2, 2010.

Under 12 Soccer, 10-11 years
Must be 10 or 11 by August 2, 2010.
This league teaches players the game at an advanced level. Players will concentrate on becoming a complete athlete with strength, agility and quickness drills during practice. Teams will compete in the Collierville/Germantown Soccer league, but will play at least half of their games at the MJCC. There are separate boys & girls teams for this age group.
Sundays 3:30-4:30pm, Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Under 14 Soccer, 12-13 years
Must be 12 or 13 by August 2, 2010.
Players know the game and have fun with friends while fine-tuning their soccer skills. Extra emphasis is placed on strength, agility & quickness drills during practice. Teams will compete in the Collierville/Germantown Soccer league, but will play at least half of their games at the MJCC. There are separate boys & girls teams for this age group.
