Specialty Fitness Classes provide a unique exercise class experience with specialized equipment. Each class is instructed by certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.

J-fit Bootcamp
Ages 18+
An intense body-weight cardio circuit that will test your limits in 30 minutes.

Rock Steady
Age 40+
Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. At Rock Steady, the opponent is Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s causes a loss in many of the same elements that boxers condition to improve. And published medical research has shown that forced, intense exercise can reduce, reverse and delay Parkinson’s symptoms. We also know that a diversity of symptoms needs to be addressed simultaneously.

In comparison to other sports, boxing is the most physically demanding styles of training, according to a study conducted by ESPN and by people who have done it! But in addition to being an intense, diverse form of training, boxing is also an incredible stress reliever, confidence booster and FUN!

Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core.

Balance/Movement Class
Age 65+

This class is designed to improve balance, range of motion, and stability. Participants will perform exercises that will strengthen your core and enhance coordination as well as modern fitness. Open to any fitness level.

Boxing for Boomers
Ages 45+
Looking to intensify your cardio? This class will cover agility, hand/eye coordination, balance, and core work! Join us for this non-contact boxing class. Not required but it is recommended to have your own gloves after the first few sessions.
