August Pilates Schedule
Stop by the Member Services Desk or call (901) 761-0810 to purchase and reserve your spot
in a PILATES Class.
At least one person must be pre-registered 6 hours prior to a scheduled class for the class to occur. Class size is limited to 8, so be sure to reserve your spot after paying for the class.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to allow time to set up your equipment.
Who should do PILATES?
Pilates exercise is ideal for everyone from young adults and baby boomers to post-rehab patients and elite athletes. Not only will Pilates help to improve physical appearance, it will also improve stamina, assist in becoming more stable, help with stress and relief and focus.
Cardio Sculpt - Gets the heart rate up, while working the core and toning the body from head to toe.
Essential Reformer - Teaches the 5 principals of Pilates essential for Reformer classes.
Fusion - Incorporates the barre, reformer, mat, and other Pilate’s elements.
Hard Core Crunch - The focus is core strengthening of abdominals, stamina, and lower back.
Intermediate/Combo - Perform exercises on the reformer as well as learn to use a second piece of equipment.
Pilates Circuit - Fast pace workout meant for intermediate students ready for higher cardio intensities
Props with Pilates - Balancing on balls, stretching bands, squeezing circles and lifting weights.
$30 Non-Member / $20 Member
If only one person attends class and is a MJCC member, option to pay $30 is available.
