Stop by the Member Services Desk or call (901) 761-0810 to purchase and reserve your spot
in a STOTT PILATES Class.
At least one person must be pre-registered 6 hours prior to a scheduled class for the class to occur. Class size is limited to 8, so be sure to reserve your spot after paying for the class.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to allow time to set up your equipment.
Why STOTT PILATES?
Pilates exercise is ideal for everyone from young adults and baby boomers to post-rehab patients and elite athletes. Not only will Pilates help improve physical appearance, it will also help improve stamina and help with stress relief and focus.
A one hour class devoted to teaching the 5 principals of Pilates that are essential for all Reformer classes.
A mixture of Pilates that incorporates the barre, reformer, mat, and variety of other Pilates elements
Hard Core Crunch
Want a complete core workout that will leave your abs sore and your body shaking? The main focus will be all core. We will strengthen the abdominals, stamina, and your lower back with a jam packed hour session of core work.
A one hour class where each participant will perform exercises on the reformer as well as learn to use a second piece of equipment in addition to the reformer.
Props with Pilates
We’ve got balls, bands, weights, and circles of magic in this NEW Pilates class designed to add variety to the typical Pilates routine and make movement more challenging and complex for the best workout! In this class, you will balance on balls, use stretching bands, and practice squeezing circles and lifting.
$30 Non-Member / $20 Member
If only one person attends class and is a MJCC member, option to pay $30 is available.
