Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are two major physical benefits: (1) The increase in blood and lymph circulation and (2) the relaxation and normalization of the soft tissue.

Deep Tissue – $45/30 MIN • $60/1 HR • $70/1.5 HR
Relieves tension and chronic stress in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.
Gentle/Relaxation – $45/30 MIN • $60/1 HR
A gentle rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body with the hands, especially to relieve tension or pain.
Myofascial Release – $60/30 MIN • $120/1 HR
A hands-on technique that eliminates pain and restores motion to the Myofascial connective tissue.
Sports – $80/1 HR
Manual therapy techniques aimed at restoring functional movement, increasing performance and recovery, and decreasing chronic pain.
Swedish – $60/1 HR • $120/1 HR
Use oils/lotions with an array of strokes to improve circulation, relieve aches and pains, decrease stress levels, and enhance mental clarity.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to Client.
