How to Program Your Workout Routine
Whether you've been lifting weights for years or you're just getting started, you're probably wondering: Am I getting maximum benefit. Am I doing it correctly? Why am I doing this? When should I increase the weight I am lifting? Learn the basics. Basic weight and body weight exercises. Train in phases: strength endurance, hypertrophy (increasing the size of the muscle), and maximal strength. Be Consistent: literally months and beyond. Recover: eating properly, eating protein, improving your mobility, foam rolling, stretching, and sleeping.

Inversions help us to shift our perspective and find the playful aspects of yoga and our everyday lives. They build confidence, strength, balance, and grace. In this all levels inversion workshop, Marcy will teach you multiple techniques to take your inversions to the next level. Whether you're afraid of going upside this workshop will give everyone the tools they need
for stronger, more balanced inversions. Together we will safely explore a variety of inversions including headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.
