Total body workout for older adults, of all fitness levels. The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout is a combination of aerobic, flexibility, and resistance training, in a fun environment! This class is 50 minutes.
