Balance/Movement with Natalie

This class is designed to improve balance, range of motion, and stability. Participants will perform exercises inspired by yoga and tai chi as well as modern fitness. Open to participants of any fitness level. This class is one hour and $10 per class for members, $20 per class for non-members.
