Craniosacral – $70/1 HR • $115/1.5HR
This is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
Deep Tissue – $40/30 MIN • $55/1 HR • $70/1.5 HR
Relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. This form of therapy is highly effective for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Soreness is pretty common after treatment so plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Gentle/Relation – $40/30 MIN • $55/1 HR
This is the gentle rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body with the hands, especially to relieve tension or pain.
Hot/Cold Stone – $100/1 HR • $140/1.5 HR
Hot and cold massage stones are used to create a deeply relaxing, yet refreshing and rejuvenating experience. Cold stones can also be very beneficial in the treatment of inflammation and muscular injury.
Myofascial Release – $60/30 MIN • $120/1 HR
Is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Post-Partum – $80/1 HR • $120/1.5 HR
An effective and holistic approach for the many adjustments to motherhood. Massage is well known for relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief and other health benefits.
Pregnancy – $80/1 HR • $120/1.5 HR
A gentle form of massage which relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
Sports – $80/1 HR
This uses different massage and manual therapy techniques aimed at restoring functional movement, increasing performance and recovery and decreasing chronic pain.
Swedish – $60/1 HR
A very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotions with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Benefits of this type of bodywork are relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance and great flexibility.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to Client.
