The MJCC is dedicated to the health, happiness, and personal growth of our membership and the community. With the intention of being a neighborhood spiritual center, the MJCC’s Campus for Holistic Learning will connect participants to experiential learning, meditation, lecture series, film festivals, book festivals, classes, and so much more.
Mindful Meditation Circle
Wednesdays • 7pm
Silent meditation quiets the mind, relaxes the body, and helps develop mindfulness. Many find that meditation eases the pressures and stress of daily life. Individuals with varying levels of experience and from diverse meditation practices are welcome.
