Flowers and Expressive Painting
with Amy-Beth Rice
Using the simple beauty of flowers as our subject matter, in this class we will explore multiple painting methods and techniques to communicate a concept. We will begin with basic painting skills, then explore more expressive styles such as the use of palette knives, impasto, and abstraction.

Mindful Meditation Circle
Thursdays • 7:30pm
Silent meditation quiets the mind, relaxes the body, and helps develop mindfulness. Many find that meditation eases the pressures and stress of daily life. Individuals with varying levels of experience and from diverse meditation practices are welcome. Interest or want more information? Call Nancy Shapiro at (901) 484-1982.
