The MJCC is dedicated to the health, happiness, and personal growth of our membership and the community. With the intention of being a neighborhood spiritual center, the MJCC’s Center for Mind, Body, & Soul will connect participants to experiential learning, meditation, lecture series, film festivals, book festivals, classes, and so much more.
Mindful Meditation Circle
Thursdays • 7:30–8:30pm • Free
Silent meditation quiets the mind, relaxes the body, and helps develop mindfulness. Many find that meditation eases the pressures and stress of daily life.
