Lifeguard Training

The Memphis JCC has a fully certified aquatics staff and offers American Red Cross Lifeguard training, first aid and water safety instruction, year-round swim instruction, arthritis aquatics, fitness swim, water aerobic classes, swim team, masters swim club and family triathlon club.
