The MJCC to Host LBGTQ Jewish Community Event
The Memphis Jewish Community Center has always fostered inclusivity for all members of our vibrant Jewish community and is now thrilled to expand this programming and to be leading the way toward new initiatives for Jewish individuals and their significant others who also identify as LGBTQ.
The first event, in what we hope will become new ongoing programming for LGBTQ members of the Jewish community, will be an evening of wine, heavy appetizers, and good conversation at the private home of a member of the LGBTQ Jewish Community. Motivated by our mission statement of “Connecting, Engaging, and Strengthening Jewish Memphis,” we are excited to connect, engage, and strengthen this important facet of our community. This will be an exciting opportunity to come together, meet one another and enjoy a relaxed social evening together. The first event is planned for March 15th at 4:30pm.
For more information and to RSVP for this event, please contact Larry Skolnick, MJCC President/CEO at (901) 259-9228 or email@example.com. He is looking forward to personally welcoming all of you!
